At CMR Educational Trust (CMRET) we believe that an investment in literacy and education is an investment in individuals, families and communities for today and a promising tomorrow!

CMRET is committed to the vision of an educated India, reaching out to unreached places in rural and remote regions, working with children, youth and communities. Partnership and collaboration with government, NGO’s, and local communities have the fulcrum of our initiatives, enhancing the

impact. These collaborations inspire as well as optimize the education, innovation, learning.

It gives me immense pleasure to share, on the occasion of the 8th Anniversary, the heartening journey of CMRET towards a new horizon. Presently together with 2 partners various programs are being implemented, facilitated, nurtured and advocated for the cause of literacy, education, child protection and child rights in India. We have also had good traction in our work in and around Chennai, Bangalore and Jolarpettai, through of local chapters in each of these cities.

During the previous years we have faced many challenges but the resilience of the children and communities we work with keep up our determination, spurring us ahead. We appreciate the dedication and commitment of CMRET stakeholders and the invaluable contribution they make.
